Native Plants and their Medicinal Value

Native plants are more than a pretty face.  Native plants have long provided for humans - helping them live longer and become more resilient. Native Americans planted medicine wheel gardens to care for the land, practice their religion and  extract the medicinal value of the plants within the wheel.  Learning about these plants give us a better appreciation for them which, in turn, encourages us to plant them.
