Which payment methods do you accept?
All products can be purchased on site with cash or credit. Online payments with credit and paypal are also accepted.
What products do you sell?
Soap, lotions, creams, wild crafted herbal infusions, scented salts and wax.
Small/sample – 3 ounces and less
Medium – 4 ounces (not less than 3)
Large – 5 ounces (not less than 4)
Extra-large – 6 ounces (not less than 5)
Shipping and Handling
It is our goal to ship your order as soon as possible, typically in 1-3 business days. During times of heavy volume it may take 5-7 business days. We use USPS flat rate pricing for most shipping and orders over $59 ship for FREE. If an item is Out Of Stock we will contact you right away to offer a solution. If you experience a problem with your shipment please call us immediately at (716)417-2626 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can begin to resolve your issue.
What is your return policy?
Due to the fragile and personal nature of bath and body products, we are unable to accept return of products. If the item was damaged in shipping, or the return is the result of our error, we will process the return for reimbursement. These items must be returned to us unused, and still in their original packaging. Please contact us by calling (716)417-2626 or, at email@example.com if you have any issues with your order.
