We use USPS flat rate pricing for most shipping and orders over $59 ship for FREE. If an item is Out Of Stock we will contact you right away to offer a solution. Due to the fragile and personal nature of bath and body products, we are unable to accept return of products. If the item was damaged in shipping, or the return is the result of our error, we will process the return for reimbursement.
